What I fail to understand about these software companies is this:if your product is opensource, put it on github or what have you, and if it's not, what gains are there then, if your customer has full access to your source code, except the sale comes with source code, in which case, why bother remain in business, after all, every customer may demand the same access and then what?If they reverse engineer, or simply change a few identifiers, and compile as new product, without making source or binary available, how do you prove tech was stolen?
