快舟一号甲运载火箭，成功将行云二号01/02星发射升空

A Kuaizhou-1A (KZ-1A) launch vehicle launched the Xingyun-2 01 and 02 communications satellites from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Gansu Province, northwest China, on 12 May 2020, at 01:16 UTC (09:16 local time).

2020年5月12日9时16分，中国在酒泉卫星发射中心用快舟一号甲运载火箭，以“一箭双星”方式，成功将行云二号01/02星发射升空，卫星进入预定轨道，发射取得圆满成功。

此次发射的卫星，将在轨开展天基物联网通信技术、星间激光通信技术以及低成本商业卫星平台技术的验证，并初步开展物联网示范应用。

Not really. Just another flight that went as planned. We always think of the spectacular launch failures, but the thing that makes them so "spectacular" is that they're actually quite few and far between of the thousands of successful launches that go off without a hitch. Not that any launch is boring, though. I know I'll never get tired of watching a space launch, and it's always satisfying when all goes well and the craft achieves orbit.

也不能说是多么成功啦。一次按计划的发射而已。

我们总想着看“壮观”的发射失败。

然而，真正的“壮观”是，成千上万的成功发射，很少发射没有碰到任何问题的

看火箭发射，我永远不会看腻。

IIRC, France tried unsuccessfully to get China to be part of the ISS while India was never part of the ISS project. However, you're correct that exclusions is a great motivator. This will come back and haunt the US.
