A new high-speed railway in Guizhou, China begins test run, which slashes travel time between Anshun and Liupanshui from 3.5 hours to just one hour

中国贵州一条新的高铁开始试运行，通车后安顺至六盘水之间的旅行时间会从3.5小时缩短至仅1小时

安六铁路全长约125公里，为客运专线，设计速度250公里/小时，新建黄桶北、六枝南、长箐、冷坝、六盘水东5个车站，改建水城、六盘水2个车站。该线建成投用后，六盘水至贵阳的铁路旅行时间可从现在的3.5小时缩短为1小时左右

全线共有桥梁81座、隧道62座，桥隧长度88.13公里，占正线总长的75%。该铁路于2015年底开工建设，至2019年年底全线铺通，2020年5月11日开始联调联试。从6月11日起，进入运行试验阶段。
