Well, China space program didn't start from scratch, since it started in the 60,s with the help with the soviet union. Then since the 90's Chinese work with the help of NASA and ESA and mostly from independants European and others world scientists. I apologize for my government's belligerence and hope that China will continue to use tolerance and understanding when it comes to dealing with the United States government.
