中国公众如何看待北欧？



What are the general views on Scandinavia, or induvidual nordic countries? Are there different opinions on each country? Just curious

中国公众是如何看待北欧或者说某个北欧国家的？对每个北欧国家的看法都不尽相同吗？只是出于好奇。



Denmark, Hans Christian Andersen is a great writer who loved by all Chinese children. Norway, romantic and near the North pole (Is that true?) Sweden, (can not tell difference between 瑞士 and 瑞典 ？) , happiest people in the world, kindest people in the world( glad to help those refugees).

丹麦安徒生被所有中国儿童所喜爱。挪威是浪漫的而且靠近北极（这是真的吗？），瑞典（无法分辨瑞士和瑞典？），他们是世界上最幸福的人、最善良的人（乐于帮助那些难民）。

Basically most people who have heard of Scandinavia, which Iwould say most educated people have, know that we are social welfare states, and are rich countries. They are usually quite positive, and don't seem to have different opinions on each country.

听说过北欧的大部分人（我认为大部分受过教育的人都听说过）基本上都知道我们是社会福利国家，也是富裕国家。他们的观点一般都非常积极，不会对每个国家都具有不同的观点。

IKEA - I think that's about the extend of the average Chinese person's knowledge, if anything at all.

Nah not even, I was told many times that IKEA is their favorite UK shop by Chinese.

Well, to be fair, it's actually technically a Dutch company (okay, it's MUCH MORE complex than that, but just roll with me here). So they are not that far off here lol.

Swede here. Went to China.
Can still recall their faces when I said we speak Swedish in Sweden and not English.
Those Chinese I talked to basically had no clue what Sweden/Scandinavia was in detail so yeah... Could as well have been a 美国人 instead

I would say that many Chinese would not know what "Scandinavia" is.
But Denmark, Norway, and Sweden on an individual basis.... "Clean" "Beautiful" "Cold"

All Nobel prizes are Swedish except the peace prize. iirc Alfred Nobel lived in Norway for a while, and wanted the peace prize to be a Norwegian thing

The ignorant people don't have a clue what "Scandinavia" means. The more informed ones immediately think of hot blondes with perky tits and perfectly round asses.

Hm. I have noticed over some years a rapid increase of Chinese tourists here in Norway. I know Chinese tourists are known for being horrible and impolite, but the ones here behave really well. Am I wrong if I assume the reason to that is that only upper class Chinese afford travelling to Norway, and they are more respectful or self aware than other Chinese?

Depends. I hate to say it but CCP members by far left me with the best impressions.
You can tell by the way they make a toast, the way they hold wine glasses that they are cultivated and refined. Most of the higher-ups graduated from very prestigious schools that China has to offer, some even went to Yale, Harvard and Princeton.
Met a teenage girl many years ago whose father was then VP for the local branch of the State Grid. Was able to talk about Chopin like no one's
knowledge. The girl unsurprisingly was a pro at piano, allegedly went to every Rafał Blechacz tour.
This largely has something to do with China's grotesque and unique cultural make-up. The well educated tend to seek opportunities in the government than in private sectors. A Confucius tradition one might say.

从他们敬酒以及拿酒杯上就可以看出他们是相当有教养和文雅的。大部分的大人物都从中国最好的院校里毕业，有些还去了耶鲁，哈佛，普林斯顿。
多年前遇到了一名小女孩，她的父亲是国家电网公司在当地的副总裁。她对肖邦的了解真是如数家珍。不出所料，这女孩是钢琴专家，据说拉法尔•布雷查兹每次演出她都会去观看。
这主要是和中国奇异和独特的文化性格相关。受过良好教育的人都想在政府中谋得一官半职，而不想去私人部门。有人可能会说这就是儒家传统。

if anything the upper class are the worst ones. I prefer the nongs. May not be classy but they sure are friendly.

Wouldn't even call them upper class as they got no class. More like nouveau riche.

Flying to China some times by now, Chinese aboard SAS planes seems to be way more well behaved than with other airlines. I have no real clue why.

Was in Thailand in August. Soooooooooo many Chinese. But they werenet bad. Just took shit loads of selfies. Worst was grandma who let their little girl(around 4 years old) swim naked in the pool. Me and a few other people were quite disgusted. Pool stayed empty aide from her

Are you sure these were not Taiwanese or Hongkers?
The wealthy Chinese are the worst, they usually keep all their peasant habits and twisted sickening ideas while being much more of a nuisance because of their monetary power and incredibly more arrogant for the same reason.
Wealthy in China means "more corrupt", not "more educated".
