Good primary and secondary education. A decent public health system. Well Built infrastructure.

Yes, China will have problems when some of the financial structures collapse. Yes, revolutions don't happen when people are dirt poor, they happen when there is a hint of prosperity and then it is taken away. China could be on the verge of a recession. But even after the typical period of 6-7 years that a downturn lasts, China will still emerge better off than say, India would be at that time.
India has been cursed by premature democratization where the people on the top are essentially rabble rousers and the permanent bureaucracy are even worse, secure in their posts, irrespective of performance. Health and Education, which are top priorities,  have been usually given to much junior ministers in almost all governments. No one wants to do the hard work of cleaning the incentives in the system because there are no media soundbites that can be captured from the same. Barring something really crazy and unforeseen, India is providing no challenge to China for the next 35-40 years.
