Steve Bannon a former White House aide and past executive chairman of Breitbart News recently asserted that Martin Luther King Jr. would be “proud” of President Trump.

In an interview with BBC’s ‘Newsnight’ Bannon said “Martin Luther King would be proud of him — what he’s done for the black and Hispanic community for jobs.”

While the statements about unemployment statistics aren’t false they are a bit misleading.
