Her mistake was not calling the police, first, but in a time of panic, that is hard to do. But if Didi wants to do things right in the future, they need an escalation line for emergencies. There should be a panic button added to the app, that automatically alerts a higher tier of customer service, that can contact the local police and assist them in finding the location, or puts her call on top of the queue. Emergencies shouldn't be put at the bottom of a queue as any other customer service question. I worked in customer service for years, and we always had VIP queue chat and phone lines programmed for these situations.

下午5时32分，朱某向警方表示，其另一位朋友收到赵某发送的求救信息，警方立刻与赵某家人联络。至5时44分，在确定乐清警方已经展开调查，朱某离开派出所。警方最后于下午6时13分收到滴滴传来涉案车牌和车主资讯。
