If you want to ask for the country with the hardest Math curriculum, then I suggest you to look through Asian and Russian Math program. By talking about Asian, I would like you to look through Indian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Singaporean Math curriculum. I will take examples from what Vietnamese Math looks like. From that, I think that you will have some idea of what does the Math in Asia and Russia look like in general.
As a specialized student in Physics, the Math I studied was extremely rigorous, and require not only hard working but natural talents also. However, the Math I studied is actually much easier than that of Math specialized students, who studied university-level math since grade 10. The topic covered range from Arithmetic, Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistic and Probability, Calculus, and most difficult: Geometry. When I compared what I have studied to US, British, and German Math, I was so surprised, at either how easy their Math is or how hard our Math is. Here are some example as some BASIC thing of Math if you want to at least graduate Vietnamese High School with a slight pass score. This is just basic level, the level I studied was even more fucked up than these shit.

According to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), this is the current ranking of countries (and regions of China) based on mathematics skills. Assuming that students aren’t just magically born with knowledge of higher math, this is reflective of a difficult (hard) but effective curriculum. The list is either inaccurate or incomplete as India isn't on there… just look at our 11th and 12th grade math curriculum… a lot of which colleges in the US teach in second year calc courses.
