Poland.
I have lived in Poland, and I liked it there. The infrastructure was good and it's improving. Living costs are low while you can still maintain good standard of living. The city where I lived - Wroclaw has excellent public transport system with buses and trams. I had same experience in Warsaw. I was actually describing my experience in Poland to my friends as "Indian prices, European standards"

Although I haven't been to many foreign countries, I’d say Poland. Poland is best known for being Germany’s first victim (that they attacked), and then the Holocaust. Well, wake up! That was 75 years ago! Now, Poland is a fast-developing country after years of foreign control (Soviet satellite state). Their GDP, as of 2015, was about 525 billion, and they were ranked by the OCED to be the 7th hardest working country in the world. They also have many tourist attractions, vibrant cities (I read an article about it in 7th grade), hundreds of castles from the days of yore And 14 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. But it’s not just that. It's their military. They are the 18th/19th or so strongest out of 126 countries surveyed. In total counting fronline and reserve, they have 630,000 troops ready to fight, 461 aircraft, and 83 ships. They also have an aircraft industry, which produces helicopters and small aircraft, and is even planning to make a jet with Ukraine to replace the su-22s in Poland’s Air Force.
