Liao Hung Hsing is one of the few Chinese people still living in India. After many Chinese-Indians left due to the Indo-China war.

Um this guy was born and raised in India. He's Indian. Saying he's never moving back to China is like pointing to some random white American and go he's never moving back to Europe. Saying "moving back" doesn't make any sense.

But what they're saying about quality of life is true though. All the people that shit on China's living standards all the time -- If they don't have anything to say about India's which is obxtively worse then they're clearly biased.

When I was still living in Nanjing several of my fellow expats were Indians from India. For them getting the hell out of India was like winning the lottery even if the prize was only China.

There was a ethnic Chinese Hakka group for around 4000 people living Kolkata. Descendants of immigrants from 潮汕 and 福建 100-200 years before。
Now most of the younger generation of those people have been migrated to North American.
