I've been to Sao paulo the richest city of Brazil.Not to mention the extreme corruption, extreme poverty rate and light years backward Infrastructure, social service ,public transportation and slums n homeless are every where even in the big cities like Rio and Sao Paulo. The street robberies are like daily routine Rio is the worst . China's GDP per capital may not very high when comparing to Brazil but the cost of living in China is way way lower than the Brazil even in city like Beijing and Shanghai when comes to food, rental, hospital,public transportation and especially the electronic products such as PC parts,smartphone ,video game consoles are cost literally lower than half of price in Brazil. Xbox oneX a 500$ console selling in US but cost 4000R$= 1300$ in Brazil . 4000 yuan= 600$(including import tax) in China with two years limited warranty . Sony PS4 Pro even a lot cheaper than X1X also comes with two years limited warranty.
The cost of living in Sao Paulo is like in NYC but the average income of people of Sao Paulo is only 1/10 of people of NYC.?
