A Chinese man in Richmond kicks an old librarian for no apparent reason. 

一个华裔男子在列治文市无缘无故踹了一个年老的图书管理员。



备注：加拿大温哥华列治文市政府计划建临时房屋，安置无家可归者和其他有需要的人士，但不会检查入住者的刑事犯罪记录。此举遭到当地华人的强烈抗议，原因是担心当地治安和旅游业发展。政府之后在列治文图书馆举行说明会，超过500名居民到场抗议。一位年老的女图书管理员试图让情绪激动的人群分开，结果就发生了视频中的一幕。警察调查称这是一起独立的案件，与临时房屋说明会无关，不涉及任何种族和歧视因素。
