Chinese people are stupid. all they know is to steal technology from US.
US is more stupid, their technololy has been stolen by China for so many years but they cannot stop China.
The rest of the countries on this planet are the most stupid, because they’ve seen China stealing US technology for so many years, but they still don’t even know how to steal.LOL.

美国更蠢，多年来自己的技术一直被中国窃取却一点办法没有。
而世界上的其余国家则是最蠢的，因为他们眼看中国窃取美国技术这么多年，可是他们还是不知道如何窃取，哈哈。

The word stupidity was thrown around in the responses. The situation was not created by stupidity but by greed.
China was a poor, backward country that foreign investors and corporations came to take advantage of. Along with the lack of development came a lack of legal infrastructure. No labor laws, no pollution laws,…. The communist nature left a void in intellectual property laws.
China was not stealing technology. Stealing is a legal term. Everything that was done was legal. Those companies chose to do business in China, knowing that they did not have legal protection.
They continued to do business in China because they were making more money than they were losing. Then things changed…inflation, labor costs, shipping etc…suddenly the losses seemed greater.
China did not need to change their laws as the situation was not hurting them. Now they are feeling the pressure to change.
If every company harmed by the lack of legal protection pulled out then the laws would change fast. If they are still in China its because the benefits outweigh the risk.

很多网友都提及了愚蠢。但是这个情况不是因为愚蠢，而是因为贪婪。
中国之前是个贫穷落后的国家，所以外国投资者和企业来占便宜。伴随着发展落后的是法律基建的落后。没有劳动法，没有污染法。而GC主义的本质也导致了知识产权法律上的真空。
中国并没有窃取技术。窃取是一个法律词汇。一切都是合法进行的。这些公司选择在中国做生意，他们明知自己在中国没有法律保障。
但是他们继续在中国做生意，因为赚到的钱比损失的钱来得多。然后事情发生了变化。。。通胀，劳工成本，运输等等。。突然间损失好像更大了。
当时中国没必要改变自己的法律，因为当时的情况伤害不到他们。现在他们感受到了改变的压力。
如果所有因缺乏法律保护而受到伤害的公司都撤出中国，那么法律的改变速度会更快。而如果他们依然待在中国，说明好处超过了风险。

why US wasn't doing anything, It has to be the way of Chinese steals.
Chinese international students study hard and pay their tution, they steal so many tech knowledges that local American students are fail to learn from their teacher, how can American teacher stop Chinese students to stealing it?
US investor has make so much money to invested in China, corporation like Apple that build their entire business in China, the market of cars selling has made Ford ,GM to heavily invested in China, in those factorys they hired local Chinese to work hard day and night to make profits, then those Chinese works become more effecient and skilled than the US average workers while make less salary, they learn and steal technics and knowledges through their daily works, how can you stop those workers to steal tech through everyday works? how can you stop US corporation to make sweet profits over Chinese markets?
Chinese trade mark and intellectual property protection require a registration process with the local Chinese government, in case they protect your IP that they have to know what this IP is all about first via through its registration, however very few foreign company would trust Chinese government in their mind, US government would certainly not pass those information to Chinese government either, so China usually end up without knowing what IP is and no way to protect it. this cause Chinese company copy and steal those tech with Chinese government not knowing what to protect. how US to stop it by not give IP information to untrust worthy China and protect IP at the sametime?
at some point all technology is steal from others, you steal knowledge from reading a book someone wrote, steal from you parents teachers co-workers, you have been steal your whole life, you have to stealing really good to make to the top and advance the knowledge so other people can stealing it better than you. stop the stealing will stop the progress too.

美国投资者赚了那么多钱投资在中国，比如苹果在中国建立了整个的商业，中国的汽车销售市场让福特，通用大量投资中国。在这些工厂里，他们雇佣当地中国人，日夜工作赚取利润，然后这些中国工人比美国同行更加高效和熟练，而赚到的工资更少，他们通过自己的日常工作窃取了技术和知识，所以你怎么可能阻止这些工人通过劳动窃取技术呢？你怎么可能阻止美国企业在中国市场上赚取丰厚的利润呢？
中国的商标和知识产权保护要求在当地政府进行注册，因为如果要保护知识产权的话，首先得通过注册信息知道你的知识产权是什么吧？可是呢，几乎没有外国公司会相信中国政府，美国政府也不会将这些信息交给中国政府，所以中国自然就不知道这些知识产权是什么，也就没办法保护了。所以中国企业就复制和窃取这些技术，而中国政府根本不知道要怎么保护。所以由于不信任中国，美国不把知识产权信息给中国，所以要怎么保护？
某种程度上而言，所有的技术都是窃取而来的，你从自己所读的书中窃取了知识，从你父母，老师和同事那里窃取了知识，你的整个人生都在窃取，你只有不断的积极窃取才能走上顶端，发展出更多的知识，这样其他人才能窃取之并变得比你更好。停止窃取就是停止进步。
