It's a room where tons of different people go every day. People lose hair constantly. Sure it would be nice if it was cleaned up but that's unlikely to happen so hair accumulates.
There's a lot of traffic in a classroom.

A while ago a student sent me a pic of her dorm room and the floor was COVERED in hair. Also locker rooms are really bad (at least women’s ones). It’s gross.

Whenever I invite a girl over to my place for the first time she looks to see if there is any hair from a previous girl. Inevitably she finds it because that shit is impossible to eradicate.

Well I didn't say all over my apartment. I said it is impossible to eradicate. In other words it is very difficult to find and remove all the long black hairs.
