Happens pretty much every time you get a train in China as people with standing tickets obviously will take any empty seat.
What's a super polite way of saying: "excuse me I think this is my seat" or "excuse me I think my ticket is for this seat".

There are usually empty seats on every train. People just sit wherever with the expectation that if that is your seat you will tell them to get up. There's no need to get upset I just point to the seat and they get up right away. They know it isn't theirs. I can't remember anytime I actually had to pull out my ticket. Last time some guy who wanted to sit with his girlfriend asked me to change with him but it was in no seat far away so I said no thanks. His girlfriend didn't even flinch. I think she was happy he moved. He seemed a bit needy.

This. Completely normal here and I've never had anybody refuse to move or even get slightly upset when I tell them they're in my seat. You don't need to be super polite about it - just don't be a dick.

Same never had any issues all it takes is a smile and to show my ticket. Trying to learn the language though. Also I'm British so politeness is not a choice...especially on public transport.

Stare at them don't blx slowly unzip pee on them to show dominance.

I had a guy get in my face because I told him he was in my seat. Dude wasn't thrilled. Got real awkward for him when I didn't back down and everyone in the area was telling him to leave.
Just be persistent!

"Qing rang yi xia zhi shi wo de weizi."
It's like "Excuse me this is my seat."
就好像英文的“Excuse me this is my seat.”(对不起这是我的座位)

"rang yixia" is probably not the best in this context. You're telling the person to make way.
I just kind of hover over them and go "不好意思” That's usually more than enough. You can always follow with "这是我的位子” like you wrote.

Show them your ticket they will move.

I've seen more fights on the hard seated section of trains than anywhere else in China.

I take it you don't take many long-distance buses.

Hmm many times between 10 and 15 hours for buses I don't think anything longer than that except when delayed once in Yunnan. Usually night buses. I've never seen a bus fight and I've been on them packed to the rim. So I've seen more airport fights than bus fights.
Trains the longest hard seat was 37 hours.
Rural friends would probably argue people with the highest 素质 take buses not them urbanites corrupted by modern living.

"Get the fuck out of my fucking seat you cunt".

Super polite by chinese standards i presume: put your ticket in their face and point at the seat number if they refuse to move call a staff member - they'll either argue and get aggressive or just move. Fun!
Personally I don't even go through all of that. If I get stuck in a crappy seat I just complain to the staff and ask for a better seat.

不好意思,你这是我的座位 is what I'd say. I'm not a native speaker though
