In my view and experience of living and working in China they have their biggest strengths in mass production. Well trained work force and mass production capabilities and keeping the costs low has made China successful
Let me give a very practical example for electric bike business which I have been into for last twelve years
In an electric bike there are more than 100 parts which will be assembled by the electric bike OEMs. They buy the 100 parts from tier 1 suppliers. If you can observe the trend of many companies the parts like electronic throttle frxs battery controller a and motors bought from some tier 1 manufacturers. These tier 1 manufacturers infact sell the same product to atleast fee tens of OEMs. If for example one OEM buys 1 million parts from the tier 2 supplier cumulative market for the same supplier will be few tens of millions and their mold / tooling cost becomes negligible and they can deliver the parts with best prices

This less cost in tier 1 level is helping to reduce the cost in final part. This is possible just because China have strengths in mass production in every tiers of its business.

They are multiple factors which are inherited purely in the culture and emxded into people’s consciousness. You have to understand the Chinese world is so different than any other world I have been or seen. The way people behave the way people interact and how family society and everything is structured. Its pretty fascinating makes me question how much I have to learn.

Losing face in China - Mian Zi Reputation is up most important aspect in Chinese society I believe its also very similar in Japan and Korea. If there’s a task given to a person one must learn how to fulfill that task professionally. You cannot let your people down let your company down let your family down or most importantly let your country down.

We usually treat foreigners as immigrants second class citizens without appreciating how much they add value to our society.

Teachers - I am a teacher in China and No I do not teach English. I prepare students to go abroad to high ranking schools. The amount of trust the organization have put in my basket makes me want to work harder and better. In Chinese society Teachers are valued and seen as a form of a treasure. They even have a special day for Teachers. In fact everyone is valued if given an important task.

To me seems like the Chinese understand the power of energy frequency and vibration very well and surely they have managed to master themselves in fundamental Physics.

Very simple and very well known that America created the chinese economy by taking business from America to China. This is well known by everyone.
If Americans had taken their business to India instead of China. This question would read. “What makes India successful?”

Education: China is one of the nations that has the strongest belief in the benefits of education. Most Chinese regardless rich or poor will get the best possible for their Children. Even more Chinese particularly believe in STEM; the past few decades China built a very strong pipeline of STEM talents.

教育:中国是重拜教育红利的国家之一。大多数中国人无论贫富都愿意为他们的孩子提供最好的教育。更多的中国人对科学、技术、工程、数学情有独钟;在过去的几十年里，中国建立了一条非常强大的科技、工程、数学的人材选拔通道。

Meritocracy: meritocracy creates social mobility and the ‘China dream’ - if you work hard you will be rewarded. Look at the Chinese millionaires and billionaires their parents more likely than not are not millionaires and billionaires. The same applies for most public sector jobs as well. This social ladder give billions of people hope so that they worked really hard towards a better individual life which in turn moved China as a nation forward.
