I still remember the news in 2013 that a Canadian murderer killed a Chinese exchange student Lin Jun cruelly. His name is Luka Magnotto. He slew Lin and raped his corpse and ate his flesh. He dismembered Lin's limbs and sent his limbs to two primary schools and local government building and posted all of this on internet.

I don't know a lot about western religions. I don't read Bible. I don't know what is the most suitable punishment for him in your eyes but according to my experiences and my family education he should die and do not deserve to live. There is an old Chinese saying “欠债还钱，杀人偿命，天经地义” which translated to “pay money for your debt and pay your life for your murder. These are unalterable principles”.

When Lin's father walked out the court he groaned-I came here to figure out what had my son suffered but I can't leave even with a complete excuse. I came here to hear the murderer express regret but I heard nothing.

You should know there are always some disgusting trash in our world which can cause very terrible damage to our society and when you protect their so-called Human Rights and given them a pleasant and cozy life after heinous crimes you are hurting the innocent victims' hearts and dignities.
The death penalty or a high crime cost in China is protecting my safety. I hope it can protect my safety forever.

On the first question some people would say that China should compare with India rather than the United States. As a developing country with similar population let us look at the data:the number of people killed is four times that of China!

EVERTHING about communism is evil certainly including Death penalty.

I saw someone has referred to the murder happened in Montreal that LIN JUN an international student was murdered and humiliated. The murderer is charged under first-degree murder for a life imprisonment which is maxim 25 years under Canadian Criminal Law. I often ask: why you respect the human rights and integrity of the criminal what about to the victims? The innocent person was kidnapped tortured humiliated murdered and eaten who is caring for his rights of living and integrity? Who is caring for his family’s rights of having him in their lives? Is it like “too bad he is dead” to give an excuse to be oblivious to the rights of the victims?

I do not agree with most of the western criminal legislation since it does not provide justice but attempting to avoid injustice.

China should retain its death penalty being more and more prudent it provides justice to the victims and peace of mind to the victim’s families. In China all the death sentence have been decided by any court need to go to the supreme court to be reviewed and affirmed / rejected. The death penalty should be prudently operated and NOT to be abused. With a reducing ratio of crimes and executed criminals it confirms the efforts of the Chinese government.

Looking at law and order in Chinese cities I was stunned it was an unbelievable experience. There is an extremely low violent crime women/girls are as safe as it could be.
