before overreacting , let me just tell you onething . I'm an indian girl obsessed with japan & according to me , theyjust asked the wrong people . we just know to fight , how the heck are we goingto defend India in the current situation ? we should learn from japan ! seentheir honorifics ?龙腾网 http://www.ltaaa.com
Whenever I'd talk to japanese people & tellthem that I'm from India , They'd ask me about the movies , bollywood , Cuisine, languages , Mahatma Gandhi , pooja , The rivers . Surprisingly , the otherday , a guy himself started speaking about the indian army . (I'm saying thetruth . I've been asked previously )
now , let me tell you what we fail to understand. Go to downstairs , ask a random person about japan & they'd be mumbling. 
A month ago , I watched fluttering India & Indianswere asked if they know Korea . shockingly ..the answer was " no " .Korea is not a thing that you might not be knowing ...it's an effin country ! afamous country . this is what I'm trying to tell . 
When you ask , you should be asking the right people& look at our situation .
In the end we're all humans , we're all stupid...probably they just don't want to learn about india . what's the big deal ?what is a physicist going to do with politics ? what is a politician going towith math ? the similar logic goes here .
there are hell lot of japanese people interestedin our culture & this comes from experience . 
guys , next time search for some smart peoplewhile asking these questions ..Indians are a lot patriotic :)

先别过度反应，我跟你们说个事儿。 我是个印度女孩对日本非常着迷，依我看来他们只是问错了对象。一有事儿我们就跟人家急啊吵啊，这个样我们怎么保护印度？我们多学学日本！看看人家说话用的敬语！每次我跟日本人聊天说我来自印度，他们就会问我关于电影，宝莱坞，美食，语言，甘地，印度教礼拜，恒河。。。很惊讶的是，一天有个日本人开始聊起了印度的敌人，我说的是真的，我之前被问起过
现在让我告诉你有什么是我们不理解的。下楼去随便找个人问问关于日本的事儿，肯定都犯嘀咕。
一个月前，我看fluttering india里有印度人被问是否知道韩国，真让我惊着了，居然答案是不知道！韩国咋都不知道呢，这么有名的国家，这就是我要说的，你要问的话也要问对人。最后，我们都是人，我们都会很愚蠢，也许他们只是不想去了解印度，有什么大不了的？一个物理学家会跟政治产生什么关系吗？一个政客跟数学产生什么关系吗？在这也是同样的逻辑（为日本人辩解，意思是日本跟印度本来也没什么联系）

I'm not India or Japanese but I would have tofully agree with you !  
There is many ignorant people in this world,however just because a few Japanese people made an ignorant reply doesn't meanall Japanese people are that way. 
Been to Japan and many are respectful, yes youdo have few ignorant people their that you may encounter, but ignorance iswithin every (ethnicity) people in general. 
So why are many having negative thoughts aboutthe foolish ?  
Do not lower yourself to the level of theignorant.

i'm japanese and i feel apologetic to you allindian people.
now i want to tell you is,
1 those interviewees in this video are not ourrepresentative.
2 this county is formed by ignorant majority andknowledgeable minority,just     same as other countries.
3 india is great country.i have gone around andstayed there almost one and half year before and that good memories make mealways very happy and relax in my daily japan life.i'm thinking i'm going theresome day in the future again.i feel india have something mysterious power andattraction to myself forget time and relax,i don't know why.then,i felt thereindian people are down to earth and live in the present,with traditionalcustom.that's really impressive.

2这个国家跟其他国家一样，被大部分无知的人和少部分明白人组成
3印度是个伟大的国家，我之前去过在那呆了差不多一年半，有很多美好的回忆至今还能让我很开心和放松，我想我未来还会再去的。我感觉印度对我有一些神秘的力量和魅力让我忘记时间而且很放松， 我不知道为什么。然后就是我觉得印度人都很脚踏实地活在当下，并保有传统的风俗文化，真的让人印象深刻。

I wish we Indian learn from Japanese people hardwork , their resilience to survive disaster and  their devotion tomake their society great .

There's nothing wrong with being proud of whereyou come from, but there's a limit to that pride. I swear there's some Greekstory about pride as a sin. So maybe they can be a little too patriotic.

I also am an ignorant Indian who dont know muchabout japan ..but after watching some anime...I know they are imaginativegeniuses....their imagination is the best in the world in terms ofcreativity....also I know that they are Workoholics...they literally workthemselves to death.

lmao I do watch anime but obviously not anextreme otaku , I watch Jdramas more than I watch anime or read manga.

I kinda know some things abt Japan,like they have incredible resilience, they are proud people, have good martialarts in the culture, they make the best and sharpest sword in the world (TheKatana) though the art of making the katana is almost extinct, they havehistory of ninjas and samurais....samurais were proud people who will cutthemselves open and die if they get defeated....ninjas were used for top secretmissions like assassinations....I think ninjas were originally farmers whodeveloped this techniques to defend agains bandits....Also I hv seen AkiraKurosawa movies...I have no idea about Jdrama...but I know that in Tokyo, theyrent school girls ( or girls dressed in uniform)  for walking date..ithink its called  joshi-kosei osanpo ....some old people are obsessedwith school girls...
They have one of the most powerful mafia in theworld called Yakuza...Japan has strict gun control laws.....even carrying a bigsize knife is illegal....Japanese have a forest were people go andsuicide...its near Mount Fuji ....and did you know its actually kind of illegalto be obese in Japan.....you wont be jailed or anything but they have to go forBMI checkup and if they find you are obese, we have to undergo therapy for foodcontrol and exercise.....japanese people take a lot of pride in working extrahours....In the  beginning I said they are resillient because theyreturn strong from natural and man made disasters such as the nukes andfukoshima incident....You know in Russia when the Nuclear accident in cherobylhappened, the radiation control and cleaning squad consisted of only militarypersonelle....in Japan I heard retired scientists also volunteered to help inthe aftermath, this is significant because they are risking their lives ofradiation poisoning by being near fukoshima....now say once more that imignorant to japan.....I will type an even bigger message about japan...becauseyou cannot judge someone's knowledge about a country from just one message

我大概了解点关于日本的东西，像他们不可思议的坚韧，他们是自豪的民族，在他们文化里有很好的武术，他们能做世界上最好最锋利的剑，尽管武士刀的工艺已经快失传了，他们还有忍者和武士的历史。。。武士是很有荣誉感的人，一旦被打败就会剖腹自杀。。。忍者被用来做一些顶级秘密的任务像是暗杀。。。我觉得忍者最开始是农民，为了抵御强盗而发展出这种本事。。。我还看了Akira Kurosawa的电影，我不知道日剧，但是我知道在东京他们花钱租女学生（或者穿上女生校服）进行陪走。。我想这叫做高中陪走。。。一些老男人痴迷于女学生。。。
他们有世界上最有实力的黑社会组织叫做Yakuza。。。日本有严格的法律控制枪支。。。甚至大尺寸的刀都是违法的。。。日本人有一个大森林人们常过去自杀。。。就在富士山旁。。。还有你知道吗严重肥胖在日本某种程度上是违法的。。。你不会入狱但是他们必须做BMI检查，如果发现你严重肥胖，你必须经受治疗，像是食物控制和健身等。。。日本人以加班为荣。。。开始我说日本人很坚韧，是因为他们经历过很多天灾人祸比如核弹和福岛危机。。。你知道在俄罗斯当切尔诺贝利核泄漏发生后，核污染的清除工作都是由军队进行，但是在日本我听说很多退休科学家都志愿参与进来了，这点非同寻常因为他们冒着被核辐射污染的风险。。。现在你还会再说我是对日本很无知吗，我可以说些关于日本的更大的事儿。。。你不能从一两句话来判断一个人对一个国家无知与否。

Why are peopleso butthurt? If you ask what Indians think of Japan you will hear sushi sushianime. That's why it's important for us to learn about different cultures inschool. I'm happy that they know as much as they do about India.

怎么这么多玻璃心？如果你问一个印度人怎么看日本你肯定会听到寿司和动画片。这就是为什么在学校了解更多不同的文化是很重要。我觉得大家半斤八两挺好的。

No you are theonly one who know so less about Japan . Despite Japan being the country withthe highest literacy rate in the fuckin world , their opinions were reallyfucked up . Comparing Indians and Japanese on the basis of knowing about eachother's country makes no sense.

Shantanu Mantriwere hurt because the mongoloid losers you suck up to have no knowledge ofIndia, they somehow affiliate us with black people and Aladdin, they'rebasically saying the religion they followed was a black person from Aladdin. Idon't get why the west stereotypes Japanese as being so smart when they are soignorant, and this video proves it
