In spite of obvious economic worlddownturns, the Japanese and the Chinese as well as a few others are dumpingbillions into their militaries instead of using their money to make life moretolerable for their populations. Better the Japanese spend their money on thecontinued Fukushima clean up. Better the Chinese use the money to resolve theirhorrible smog problems, Better the Vietnamese clean up their human rightsrecord. Better the Philippines clean up their corruption and repair all thetyphoon damage.
