My Not8 charger stop working. I went to Samsung customer care. He not even asked for receipt, he took my charger and gave me new one without asking me a single question.

我的Note 8充电器用不了了。我去到三星客服中心。他甚至没有要求我出示收据，他收了我的充电器，给了我一个新的，一个问题都没问我。

I have visited Xiaomi care center 3 time never faced such a problem with them they just ask for bill not box or any other associated papers from me or any other customers that were present there when i was in Xiaomi center

Sir at few places even Xiaomi has changed , in my city , it's service is now far better they asked for a week for a speaker change of my Redmi 4 , as there was no stock of spares. They fixed in 4 days and handed the device as it was before , and the shocking thing is my brother uses Moto g5 s plus , he got charging issue , his phone is in service centre from 1½ week almost and you know how tough it is for a businessman to not have smartphone for such long time. So I think service also depends on the place you're living and how strictly the service centre are towards rule following.

GOT MY NOTE 4 SCREEN SHATTERED… WENT TO THE OFFICIAL SERVICE CENTER GOT IT REPLACED WITHIN HALF AN HOUR….. MAYBE GOOD SERVICE HERE @CHENNAI. TRY TO VISIT THEIR OFFICIAL SERVICE CENTER THEY ARE GOOD IN BUSINESS. THEY HAVE A TOKEN SYSTEM FOR CONSULTATION … NOT BAD IF YOU PAY THEM THEY WILL TREAT YOU IN A WELL DESERVED WAY. IF U CLAIM WARRANTY THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A “GARBAGE”.. THAT'S FOR SURE.

我的Note 4屏幕弄碎了。去了官方服务中心，半小时内就换好了。也许钦奈这里的服务很好。试试去他们的官方服务中心，他们业务很出色。他们有个象征性的咨询系统。如果你付钱给他们，他们会给你应有的待遇。挺不错。如果你要求保修，他们会把你当成“垃圾”。这是肯定的。

Yes sir you are right in my house there are 9 honor mobiles and 2 mi mobiles but honor service is far better than mi and also almost features are same and dont forget honor camera performance is far better than mi

what I thought about Xiaomi is that they are in the to establish their own stores in India and till than they use relience services and stores to support and that third party was not that reliable or not wanted to work so they make excuses. Cities having own Mi Stores are enjoying Xiaomi fast and good services. I think Xiaomi official have no fault but third parties here are offset.

bro, they didn't launch a better redmi note 5 in china. if we compare it with india's unit we are having one of the best selfie cam in it. in china they have a slightly better rear cam, but in india we gave a lot better front cam. and other features will come with a software update

Except for a phone or two, they basically sell everything here with same or even better specs… Of course their flagship haven't been here, the mi6, which would have given some competition to oneplus 5t but maybe they don't want to compete with oneplus.. another they haven't launched is I think mi note pro.. but that is also high end.. I guess they are happy selling budget and mid range device after all only that area made them beat Samsung even..

Who the hell told Mi to launch their mobiles if they dont have enough stock for customers… They are fooling Indians by pasting make in india tags on their mobile boxes. There only intention is to sell their phns and forget about services that should provide to their customers after sales.
