Indonesian President Joko Widodo broke groundThursday on the country's first ever bullet train line, heralding the projectas a symbol of "major cooperation" with China.

印尼总统维多多周四参加了该国首条子弹头列车的动工仪式，称这是与中国进行“重大合作”的一个象征。

The controversial $5.6 billion project sparked afierce bidding war between China and Japan as the two Asian powerhouses jostleto build key infrastructure projects in Indonesia and the wider region.

Widodo kicked off the first construction phase at atea plantation in West Java, where one of the stations along the line will besituated.

I do trust my president now and so farI can say, he is the most honest & sincere leader we have. So I support hisdecision for our country, especially for this case...
