Tactile pads that blind can use to navigate. Half the time they just get used for decoration though or are chabuduo'd and will just lead to dangerous places or just stop randomly.

Not sure why they would be used for decoration they're quite ugly if you ask me. Their usefulness is questionable too with all the changing pavement materials and obstacles that are frequently seen on sidewalks. I think China could stand to learn something from the United States and prioritize wheelchair access first. Even in the relatively most accessible cities curb cuts are inconsistent and often too steep for a lone wheelchair user to navigate.

I guess yes. Seeing the chaos that reigns in the streets it must be horrible for people with disabilities.

I've seen a few in my neighborhood that go around playing erhu. Never checked if they actually used the tiles.
