Far West China I wish they built High Speed Train betweenUrumchi and Almaty. I live in Almaty but I've never been to China which is veryclose from us.

I couldn't imagine being stuck on a bus for 8 hours! Butthis journey by high speed train looks like a must. Nice video presentation, itwas like being on-board, lol.

It is not easy to construct this line, passing frequent,strong sandstorm area(400+km long)' high altitude over 3300 mtr, frozen ground,total length 1776km. Maximum speed 240__250kph . There is no other similar highspeed rail in the world (even disregard 1776km distance)

+Med Iron Yes, I live in Singapore, and I havealways known the veil as in the opaque type of veil has never been part of theMalay, Indonesian or Uyghur custom and culture. It is a middle easterninfluence. As for the Chinese CCP Govt, I have always felt they can be overlyparanoid and their ways can rub the wrong way not only for minorities there,but also the majority Han. My friends in China mostly seem to be critical ofteh corruption level of the officials there. having said that.

Does the GaoTie Station in Urumqi uses the same SouthRailway Station in Urumqi for now? Where is the new Gao Tie Station? Near theairport?
