Guys, its not exatcly easy to make space for a secret spy chip on most modern motherboards. The manufacturer has already used every part of the pcb to make things as small as possible. A chip has to be soldered to the board and there needs to be connections on the board to interface with the spy chip. It would be really noticeable to anyone who designed the mobo and the saw it in person
