This may mean governmentoffices that spend half their time rubber stamping offices won’t be getting anynew members of staff any time soon.
One of Trump’s newestpolicies is to ban foreign lobbyists from fundraising for United Statesgovernments, meaning that it will be only American people and companies whowill be able to have a major influence on the result of an election.

He has also extendedunwavering support to the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.
He has called for gettingserious about prosecuting violent criminals, empowering law-abiding gun ownersto defend themselves and expanding mental health programs.
This shows he has clearpriorities and does not mince his words.
Financial Understanding
Trump has a successful empirebehind him, which he has led since taking over his father’s Fred Trump's realestate and construction firm, which was later renamed as The TrumpOrganization.
He has also been a televisionproducer and having owned Miss USA pageants for nearly 10 years, he owns howfinances must be managed.
With the trillions of dollarsin debt, this is the sort of leader that might be able to turn it around forthe US.

Theproblem is that he only operates in the moment, and has no long-term strategy,hence his tweets and policy statements that seem to contradict themselvesdaily, depending on which way the right wing wind is blowing.

i can safely say, I think he is the worst president of mylifetime. His severe narcissism makes it impossible for him not to run everydecision through the filter of how it affects him personally, before anythingelse. This directly affects the decisions he makes. Of course heis a strong leader. You may hate him or love him, but no one can deny he standsup for what he decides, and does so in a no-holds-barred way.
I see the original question haschanged. He is in many ways a good leader, he has strong leadership which isstated originally, that is still good. He has managed to get a number of thethings he promised he would do done in spite of the most aggressive andhorrific opposition ever seen in American politics, that is good. He avoidspolitical correctness, shoots from the hip and says what he really means, andin a political leader that is general considered bad, but it is also probablythe single feature of his personality that got him elected.
A leader should be an example ofcivility, and sober logic, with careful but honest choosing of words. He failsmiserably in this.
Still the net package has to bethat he is a good leader, and represents the turn toward Americanism that mostaverage citizens want. So in spite of one failing topic he gets a B in leadership.
