no one is talking about Germany(not anymore)? Top 3 the entire time even tho the consequences of WW2 made it really hard and for a country which is pretty small compared to the giants China and the USA, this is impressive

@Violeur de Mouton This has little to do with being smart. A smart nation would care more about the harmony and well-being of their society than about how much they export.There isn't really any difference of intelligence between western europe nations. There are demographic and anthropological differences though. Germany's workers accept exploitation pretty damn well, that gives them quite an edge in a free market environment of generalized competition. This environment isn't likely to last though, and if I had to be a child being born around now, I wouldn't want to be a german one.?

Look at the Netherlands or Belgium. THOSE are small but in the top 10. Belgium fell out later though?
