Some time ago I watched a Chinese toddler run over in an ally way by some man in a delivery type van. He backed up to see what he hit... run over the toddler a second time... after seeing what was in his way... then a 3rd time as he drove forward again and kept going... a woman saw the toddler sitting in the middle of the lane... dragged he/she over to the side of the lane, propped the child against the wall and left him/her there...
