What things can you do in China that you cannot do in the USA?

I'll tell you what you can do in China but can't in America:
ARRIVE HOMELESS, PENNILESS, UNEDUCATED AND WITH MODERATELY HARD WORK ACHIEVE A MIDDLE CLASS LIFESTYLE ...IN A MONTH.
"I graduated from college with debt, a useless music degree, and no job. I was going nowhere in life... but I heard about opportunity in China, my brother had already gone there years before. So I decided to sell everything I owned and buy an airplane ticket. Now, I have a steady job teaching English, an apartment, and a heavy metal band. I am teaching Chinese the music culture of America, I am making a difference. I love China, China has been very good to me.
-A heavy metal dude I met at a bar in Beijing
This man, and many thousands of others, have left the poverty and hopelessness of their homeland for a new beginning in China. All thanks to the magic of English Teaching. You see, China has an incredible demand for learning English, but not enough teachers*. If you are a native English speaker, you are guaranteed to find a job as a teacher with flexible hours, earning wages comparable to a native college graduate and often provided with your own apartment. Living costs are low so you can indulge yourself in the local culture, or engage in the hobbies that you couldn't sustain in America.
*Just watch out for being trapped as an indentured servant, where the company that brought you over has the power to kick you out if you try to find other employment. Immigrants with expired visas are a prime target, as the government cracks down on illegal immigrants from time to time.

Great question and one that few people think to consider. Because China is not inundated with laws, policies and rules, in many ways China can feel less restrictive in daily life:
1.Carry an open container while walking down the street. Admittedly not something you see on a regular basis but it is possible to do
2.Not having to show identification to enter a club or buy alcohol
3.Board a plane without excessive and intrusive security
4.Walk through a farmer's fields without concern of trespassing
5.Walk home through a dark alleyway at 2am in a major city without fear of being mugged
6.Use your mobile phone in a public place without offending people around you
7.Watch an unlimited supply of movies and television series for free
8.Eat authentic Sichuan food
9.Light off a Fourth of July's worth of fireworks in the middle of your neighborhood
10.A sense of the sheer number of people who live on this earth

A KTV, usually very upscale and fancy, frequented by groups of males, where each guest picks a girl, out of a literal lineup of women to sing/dance/drink and provide general company.
"Tips" are given to the girls, the mama (manager), and servers. The types of girls that work at these establishments vary based on the city, price range, and general quality of the establishment, and can range from girls from the impoverished countryside to students and white collar workers seeking to make a little money on the side.
A lot of business in China is done in these settings, where drinking and having a good time together can oftentimes seal a business deal. As expected, many of these establishments also send girls home with their guests for an extra "tip", essentially becoming a front for prostitution.

Fan Qiang(翻墙),meaning to cross the Great Firewall of Internet, is what you can do in China but not in USA.
Frankly, this activity is challenge that make you learn more about Internet and China. This is not a joke.
