MANILA, Philippines (AP) — Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte says he will never visit the United States while he is in office, and adds that he has "seen America and it's lousy."

马尼拉，菲律宾——菲律宾总统杜特尔特申明在其任职期间将不会访问美国，并加上了“已经见过美国且认为那很差劲”（的评论）

Duterte delivered his latest verbal attack on the United States after he was asked in a news conference Friday to react to a threat by a U.S. congressman, Massachusetts Rep. Jim McGovern, to lead a protest if Duterte accepts President Donald Trump's invitation to visit the White House.

在被周五的新闻发布会上问到如何回应美国国会人权委员会主席吉姆的威胁后，杜特尔特发表了他关于美国最新的口头攻击。吉姆威胁如果杜特尔特接受了特朗普的白宫访问邀请，就将领导一出抗议。

Duterte asked, "What makes that guy think I'm going to America?"

杜特尔特问到，“那家伙怎么会认为我要去美国？”

He added: "There will never be a time during my administration that I'll be going to America or thereafter ... I've seen America and it's lousy."

他又附加道：“在我的任职期间以及那之后我都不会去访问美国。。。我早就见过美国了，而且（美国）很差劲”

Duterte's spokesman said in April that Trump had invited the Philippine president in a telephone call to visit the White House, sparking protests from human rights activists, who asked the American leader not to welcome a leader accused of human rights violations and of condoning extrajudicial killings.

杜特尔特的发言人说，在四月特朗普通过一通电话邀请菲律宾总理访问白宫，激起了人权激进分子的抗议，他们要求美国总统不要欢迎 一位指控违反人权并宽恕法庭外执刑的总统。

Thousands of suspects have died in an anti-drug crackdown by Duterte. He has denied condoning extrajudicial killings, although he has repeatedly threatened drug suspects and criminals with death in public speeches.

数千名嫌疑犯早已死于杜特尔特的禁毒镇压中。他否认实施了法外执刑，但他再三在公众演讲里威胁毒品嫌疑人和罪犯。

I've traveled to the Philippines with my Filipino wife and our child numerous times. I can say from first hand experience that yes it's true the people are poor and life is hard thier but I've never met a race of people who love life and family more than them. As a people they are very rich with love and family and put us to shame when you compare our family ties to thiers. I've never met a more kindly people in all my travels thru asia.

For the first time in many years the Philippines has a non-political President. He is doing what should have been done many years ago and is "taking out the trash.". The unfortunate circumstance is he has to bend some rules in order to do so. Why, because laws are made for civilized society and when rapists, drug dealers, pimps, extortionists and the like wish to prey on good, law abiding citizenry, measures must be taken to end the ignorance. Frankly I think it comes down to he placing the love of his country before his own political ambition. 
If the Philippines is going to evolve as a nation, it must take the steps to do so. Drastic times call for drastic measures.......As far as the Filipinos are as a people, IMO I'm married to a Filipina and she's the best. Their family values and fun loving attitude toward life and people in general is second to none. We could learn alot from these folks. I also think Duterte is commenting on our opinion of the drug war in his country and how we think their handling it.

这是多年以来菲律宾第一次产生一位非政治总统。他正在在很多年前就应该被处理的“打扫垃圾”，不幸的环境是他不得不扭曲一些规则来达到这些目的。为啥？因为法律为文明社会而建立，而强奸犯，毒贩子，皮条客，勒索者们以好人为食，法律也容忍了这些市民，必须要有措施来终结这些无知。坦白来说我认为归结起来就是他要在实现自己的政治抱负之前先在他的国家种下爱。
如果菲律宾以一个国家而进步，那么她必将跨过这一步。特殊时期特殊办法。。。。。作为菲律宾的人们，我娶了菲律宾妻子，她是最棒的。大部分菲律宾人对家庭价值以及对生命的热爱视之甚高，我们可以从这些人身上学到很多。我也认为杜特尔特也在评论我们对他国家禁毒战争的看法，以及（评论）我们认为他们如何处理。（实力有限，部分地方按照自己习惯来了）

Duterte didn't read history. If not for America, Philippines would have been occupied by Spaniards or Japanese. America helped Philippines in lots of ways. Duterte has no business badmouthing America. It shows the sort of person he is.
