It's kinda like a reverse image search onGoogle. Basically upload an image of the item you wanton tao and they'll find it for you.

Ohh okay cool. I didn't know that. I'dstill recommend taobao though, better quality and prices. Delivery is quick ashell too, usually takes 10-14 days for me.

I dunno about macho, but I usually use itto get shoes which aren't really available in India. I imagine some people area little particular about the kind of shoes they wear, and thesewebsites have a greater variety and better prices (even after shipping) thanstuff you'd get on flipkart.

usually the seller will extend the purchaseprotection time, you can just wait till that time and open disputefor refund.
My orders-->select the orderdetails--> bottom you can see "Reminder: X days X hours X minutes Xseconds purchase protection will end"

AliExpress and DX have become more and moreunreliable over the last year. I have had a surprisingly good experience withWish (wish.com or the app). Most stuff comes in two weeks. The user ratings onproduct and seller are actually helpful.

I ordered from Aliexpress 1st July, 1 of myorders came on 19th July but the other one (which i needed the most) is MIA. The tracking is shit and I feel like I'll probablynot get it so avoid buying from aliexpress at least until this indo-china ColdWar dies down.

Ah makes sense, but generally whenever youbuy something they ship it the next day itself and the tracking always shows"ready to ship to buyers country". SheIn also ships from china butthey offer COD and the packages literally get here in3/4 days. Aliexpress should learn.

Most of the sellers use fake tracking IDsso that it seems like it's moving. This is a common complaint with AliExpress.Till now, I've ordered more than 20 items and I've got all of them, somedelayed by 3 months! The delayed ones generally have been low cost ones, $1-3.

I've just let it be for now. When ithappened the first time, the seller offered the refund for $2 which I'dforgotten about, but then the product did arrive two more weeks later. So, Iunderstood that this happens.

If an item costed more, I'd go for therefund immediately after the buyer protection period ends. Also, if they denyyou a refund or do not respond, you can message them (from your order page) andsay that you'll open a dispute or post a negative review,both of which they care about dearly, to deal with the extreme competitionthere.
