Beijing (AFP) - China's top diplomat has defended Pakistan's "important role" in Afghanistan in a phone call with US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson after President Trump accused Islamabad of harbouring militants.

But China State Councillor Yang Jiechi told Tillerson Wednesday that "we should attach importance to the important role that Pakistan plays in the Afghanistan issue respect (Pakistan's) sovereignty and legitimate security concerns" according to a foreign ministry statement.

Pakistan is a mastermind of 911 who trained the pilots and the hijackers. Pakistan was instrumental in Mumbai mayhem. Al Qaida was a Pakistani creation. Now why would China trust Pakistan? Only to destabilize India and exploit Afghanistan.

China is cleverly using Nkorea to divert USA while they built a big military base in Pakistan to attack Afghanistan and India. They want Pakis to be their proxies in exploiting Afghanistan. I read that China is also planning to attack East India through Himalayas where China has built a road on the territory owned by Bhutan a tiny country they intend to bully.

Pakistan has been very tolerant of us considering we've probably killed tens of thousands of it's people in drone strikes. I doubt other nations with their population and military capability would accept such things. However it's in an area they don't really care for and they'd like to see everyone there dead anyway so to Pakistan it's a necessary evil but those people are still Pakistani.

China is a cold war enemy of the US and the rest of free society. On any diplomatic or international issue China is against the US and other Western nations. We must start now to boycott any Western company that continues to do business in China. China and US policy are mutually exclusive so why the heck are we continuing to do trade with China. Chinese people are being accepted as close friends and enjoy huge public respect in Pakistan. Public in USA China and Pakistan want peace and harmony. So the USA policy makers should think about the balance because Pakistan has sacrificed huge in terms human and financial loss. Pakistan can’t be a scapegoat to US failed policies in Afghanistan US has his years to the cleverest enemy in the region (India). After losing over 100 billion dollars in economic losses and over 70000 soldiers and civilian dead to please America. It’s time for Pakistan to back itself from an unthankful America and their peanuts in terms of what has been lost. US can’t bully anymore all we have got since 9/11 is suicide bombings and killing of armed forces and civilians no terror groups existed before all this after US and India came to Afghanistan created and funded theses terror groups to create havoc in Pakistan. We will be looking after our national interest and do what is best. India wants to ride on the shoulders of the US in the region just like Israel in the ME let them fight this war in afghan. Once the dead bodies start going to India they will realize what they have got themselves into.
