I’m not sure.
Anyway, “disliking” a President is not enough for any of those things to kick in. Many people in the US think the current President is simply unfit for office and incompetent, and want to remove him legally.
There are four ways to remove a president: impeachment, invoking Article 4 of the 25th Amendment, death, or resignation.
Impeachment requires the House of Representatives to officially submit a bill of impeachment, typically calling out crimes committed by the President.  Unfortunately, there is a Republican majority in the House, so even the three (maybe more?) bills that have been written by Democrats are sitting gathering dust. If enough Republican representatives can be persuaded that Trump committed treason by colluding with Russians, or that he is ignoring the emoluments clause of the Constitution, or that he is performing criminal acts, that would be nice…but it’s more likely that we will have to wait for the Nov. 2018 election to see if enough Democrats win seats in the House to gain a majority.
Invoking the 25th Amendment requires the Vice President and “a majority of the principal officers of the Executive department” (i.e., the Cabinet), or another group appointed by the Congress, submit a statement that the President is unable to fulfill the duties of the presidency. The Cabinet is full of toadies. The VP probably would love to be President, but…I dunno. In any event, the President himself can end that by just stating that he is once again competent.
Death? Well, Trump might surprise us all by keeling over from a heart attack during one of his tantrums. That would be nice.
Resignation…the man is a narcissist. He thinks he’s the greatest. The only thing that would persuade him to resign, I think, is the fact that he hates the job.
Anyway, it would take some deeply disturbing actions on his part to prompt a real revolution or open coup.We Americans have seen what happens with revolutions; the Civil War lasted four years and killed a lot of people.

I sat in shocked silence as the election results came in, proclaiming Donald Trump President Elect.
I find his style grating, tone condescending, and insults degrading. I am embarrassed with the carelessness of his tweets. Shocked and concerned about the state of the country, both domestically and internationally.
Saying all of that we are a democracy not a dictatorship.
I cherish my right to vote. Rights quickly loose value when you allow them to be stripped away.

If you prefer a more logical explanation you can either think about how it would cause a new Civil War [most of the people who voted for him still support him] or you can view it as: American individuals have and love guns but we don’t have TRUE military grade gear. IF the American public openly revolted against the current administration, the armed forces could easily win militarily, resulting in citizens fighting guerilla warfare and resorting to terrorism. No one wants this to happen. No one.

Because, in a few minutes, I am going to get up, shower, and go to work. A great many people are. While that answer may sounds flippant, it's not. There is a strong, inverse relationship between the employment rate and the likelihood of a violent overthrow of the government of a country.
If a person is kept occupied, and has relative comfort, he or she is not likely to take up arms.

There has not been a revolution or coup to depose him yet for a number of reasons:
1.Most Americans still believe that the rule of law will remove Trump and his henchmen.
2.Most Americans believe that this will all work out in the end.
3.Most Americans are complacent. As long as they have Costco, Walmart, reality TV on their large flat screen, a working car, a comfortable place to sleep and YouTube they will not revolt.
4.Most Americans are even too lazy to vote.
5.Most Americans have no idea that the majority of media that they consume is right wing propaganda and ludicrous television to distract them from reality.
6.Most Americans are too busy finding out about whatever the media feeds them; Kardashian's, the latest flood, Harvey Weinstein, Benghazi and all the other bullshit that fills our airwaves.
7.Most Americans are too busy trying to survive financially, to pay their credit debt, to keep their job or jobs.
8.Many Americans believe whatever their church tells them.
Of course all of this is by design. If the right wing trend in America continues and the situation becomes untenable for a large enough group of Americans there will be a revolution. But that does not seem likely in the near future.

And, because there are still a lot of people who refuse to see the truth about him. He has a fanbase that would literally allow him to shoot someone - in the Oval Office with television cameras running - and they would still support him.

Trump's popularity is actually increasing, it's hit 45% this last week which is about in the general historical Obama range. (Surprise: Obama never in his 2 terms broke above 50% except a few weeks after he was inaugurated. He was usually around 48%-approval rating, is all. The economy **never** rose above 2% annual GDP growth in his entire two terms first time that abysmal since the 1970s) and he had several foreign policy blunders on his watch, which is why he didn't ever sustain above 50% approval rating with the American people.) You must understand the major media networks in the US are left-of-center. They loved Obama, and absolutely hate Trump. Their reportage is filtered accordingly. Use your own common sense (if you are a foreigner) in judging our Presidents, not media reportage. If a US President (Obama) goes out onto the world stage and gets outmaneuvered by Putin at every turn the last 8 years, as actually happened, how do you think the American people are going to feel about it?
