Well there are rumors about "yellow threat". On the other hand, there are real unfriendly actions and russophobic propaganda from the West, so I think it's quite clear who is enemy actually. China maybe is an enemy potentially, but there are people, who want make Russia and China enemies, that's probably the main source of those rumors.

Quite possibly, yes. The US and Russia may not see eye to eye but they don’t want a single cm of land from the Russians whilst the Chinese want to get Siberia from the Russians.
All the Russians want from the US is for them to recognise them as a geopilitical equal and recognise their sphere of influence and rivalries would probably end.
