China'sstate-owned rail corporation is more than $600 billion in debt, reports said,almost twice the size of Greece's obligations.

The ChinaRailway Corporation (CRC) operates the country's trains, including an alreadyworld-beating 19,000-kilometre (11,800-mile) high-speed rail network, with atleast another 11,000 kilometres planned.

Meanwhile CA isplanning to build 350 miles of railroad in $60B. If it was 11k than the debtwill be more than 1800B dollars. If they can build it in budget (neverhappened).

Debt is debtregardless on what it was used for. You still have to repay it or thebondholders lose money.
