No they definitely do not.

Infact the average Chinese hardly cares about India or Indians, they do know about Bollywood and cultural traits about India but other than that India gets hardly any attention even during border problems.

The Chinese have their eyes set on one country and that is America, their goal is to surpass America in everything and they are starting to achieve that

Of course not! What a silly question!

I have lived in both India and China for a number of years. Unfortunately, the Chinese are well aware of India's issues - poverty, caste... Thankfully, they don't both much about India as they are more interested in development. I think Indians care more about China than Chinese care about India.

其实啊，中国人对印度的了解是，贫穷、种姓制度等问题。

谢天谢地，中国人不怎么在乎印度，中国人一心建设国家，没那个功夫关注印度。
