We have all hostile neigbhours except Maldieves..If India dowsnt help then then will lean to China..India do not have any choice other than helping...Srilanka, Nepal, Pakistan are already dependent on China for funds...India do not assist these countries in terms of development which china does..They also generate huge jobs opportunities..
