印度邀请中国参与其扩大电动汽车市场的计划

BEIJING: India plans to achieve electric mobility by 2030 and welcomes Chinese industries' participation and investment in the expansion of Indian Electric Vehicles (EV) Market, NITI Aayog principal advisor Anil Srivatsava has said.

印度计划到2030年让路上跑的全是电动汽车，欢迎中国参与并投资印度电动汽车。

China is both the biggest manufacturer and the biggest market for cars globally. But the car sales fell in 2018 by about six per cent to 22.7 million units for the first time in 20 years, sending shock waves across the industry.

中国不仅是全球最大的汽车生产国，而且是全球最大的汽车市场。然而， 中国2018年的汽车销量为2270万辆，下降了大约6%，这也是20年来中国汽车销量第一次下降。

China's NEV market made a major gain this month with Elon Musk, the CEO of US electric carmaker Tesla, on Monday laying foundation to set up $7 billion plant in Shanghai. Tesla became the first to benefit from a new policy allowing foreign carmakers to set up wholly-owned subsidiaries in China.

本月，特斯拉CEO马斯克为特斯拉在上海投资70亿美元的工厂奠基，特斯拉也由此成为中国允许外国车企设立全资企业的新政策的第一个受益者。

India invitation to China is joke, it is in fact begging them to participate in helping India. . The fact is China is way ahead of India in, battery, electric & hybrid technology along with solar cheapest best producer because of hard working population unlike in India with SCAMgress culture. .

ITs not just the vehicles. India needs a lot more power production. How are you gonna charge the EV without enough power. If India relies on fossil fuels it defeats the purpose on EV. And 2030 is just about a decade away, too soon to make enough non-fossil power.

We should impose exemplary custom duty on Tesla vehicles to make them unviable to buy. EVs can easily be reverse engineered and can be manufactured in India.
