GAYA: A 32-year-old woman from China's Shanghai was allegedly molested inside the Mahabodhi Mahavihara at Bodh Gaya on Friday morning. The accused has been arrested.

周五上午，中国上海一名32岁女子疑似在菩提伽耶的Mahabodhi Mahavihara被猥亵。目前，罪犯已经被逮捕。

In a two-page handwritten complaint, the pilgrim said the accused accosted her inside the shrine and offered her to show some areas, which she later came to know had no CCTV coverage. He also told her that she had some problems and needed to offer prayers for overcoming them. As she knelt down to pray, the man lifted her shirt and put his hand inside.

在一张两页的手写诉状中，中国这位朝圣者称，被告引诱她进入神殿，带她去参观没有安装摄像头的地方。

罪犯对她说，她面临一些麻烦，需要祈祷才能避免。中国女子跪地祈祷后，男子提起她的衬衫，然后把手伸进去。

Bodh Gaya SHO SK Mahto said the accused, Vicky, was arrested. "A case has been registered against him. The man, in his 20s, is an unauthorized guide and belongs to the nearby Mocharim village," Mahto said.

Shrine Management Committee secretary N Dorje denied that the accused was a temple employee.
