I am not sure, I understand your question. If you are referring to the 1962 war, dude that is no indicator. If it were, Chinamen and Russians should be terrified of Japanese ! Many nations that were defeated by another country in the past is much stronger than the victor. History is replete with such examples. And almost all countries will fight fiercely when attacked and in today’s warfare, with nuclear weapons, it would be highly stupid to go to war, there would be no winners. Otherwise, the Americans would have attacked Russia long ago or vice versa

一个国家遭受攻击，就会奋起反抗。况且现在有核武器，选择开战就是找死，核战没有赢家。

When you say Indians here, which Indians are you talking about?

Politicians?

Politicians has to show confidence because if they fail to do so, it proves that they are failures. Politicians has to portray that we are the best and we can take down anyone in this world. This all applies when leaders are pro-war. Fortunately, our current leaders as well as leaders on in recent past were smart enough to avoid the clashes with our neighbours.

是指印度政客吗？

印度政客肯定要表现出自信满满的啊，否则无异于让人们觉得他们是失败的。

政客们会不停地吹嘘自己是最棒的，能打败世界上任何一个国家...特别是在叫嚣开战的时候，更是如此...

好在我们的领导人还是足够明智，成功避开了与邻国的冲突

Army?

When politicians must portray to be confident, the army has to be confident that they can take sown anyone. Leaders are only going to give orders but army is actually going to take hardship in the battle fields. So, if army is not confident then no one else will be.

是指印度军队吗？

政客都在说自己多么自信了，军队当然不能示弱，当然要说自己能打败任何军队。

发号施令的是政客，而真正上战场的是军队。

如果连军队都不自信，那谁还能自信？

We, civilians have nothing or very less to contribute when it comes to struggle with other nation and even if it is harmful for us, we are just blind nationalists. We refuse understand the topic and start shouting. We are mindless blind people who think that our shouts and slogans are going to make us win everywhere.

Hence proved, Confidence will always be there!
