尼泊尔两个执政党决定合并 [印度媒体]

In a major political development, two ruling Communist parties in Nepal -- CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Centre) -- have decided to unify and form a new party.

在重要的政治发展中，尼泊尔的两个执政党——尼泊尔共产党（联合马列）和尼泊尔共产党（毛主义中心）——决定合并起来创建一个新政党。

Top leaders of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) and CPN (Maoist Centre) forged consensus on seven points, including the name of the new political party, after their unification on Monday night.

在星期一晚上决定合并后，尼泊尔共产党（联合马列）和尼泊尔共产党（毛主义中心）的最高领导人就七点共识达成一致，其中包括新党的名字。

According to the seven-point agreement signed by the two parties, the name of the unified party would be Nepal Communist Party (NCP).

根据两个党签署的七点协议，合并后的党名会是尼泊尔共产党（NCP）。

The leaders of the UML and Maoist Centre decided to hold the unity general convention by revising the theoretical issues through discussions and deliberations.

联合马列和毛主义中心的领导人决定通过讨论与思考来修正理论问题从而制定统一党章。

However, the date for the unification of the two parties was not mentioned in the agreement.

然而，并没有提及两党合并的日期。

The leaders also agreed to prepare the groundwork for socialism through socio-economic transformation by strengthening nationalism, democracy and social justice.

领导人们也同意通过加强爱国主义、民主制度、社会主义来使社会经济转型从而探索出社会主义的理论基础。

Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman K.P. Sharma Oli and Chair of the Maoist Centre Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" will chair the new party on a rotational basis until the next general assembly is held. 

总理兼联合马列主席K.P. Sharma Oli 和毛主义中心主席普拉昌达将会轮流担任党的主席，直到下一次全体大会举行。

Similarly, Oli will hand over the Premiership to Prachanda after three years.

同样地，奥利会在三年后将总理的职位交给普拉昌达。

On Tuesday, Prachanda said that the Nepal Communist Party was formed in principle and it would be materialised legally after registration with the Election Commission.

"We have opted for a two-chairmen system until the general convention," he said.

As per the agreement, different taskforces were constituted to prepare the interim political report, interim statute and organisational framework of the new political party.

按照协议，建立了不同的工作组准备起草新党的临时政治报告、暂行条例和组织框架。

Prachanda said old committees of the two parties would be dissolved within a week on the basis of suggestions of the taskforces and the statute. He added that the general convention of the party would be held within two years and Oli would be Prime Minister till then.

普拉昌达说两党旧的委员会会在工作组和暂行条例的基础上于一周内解散。他补充说全体大会将于两年内举行，在此之前一直由奥利担任总理。

Likewise, the new party's directorate principle will be Marxism-Leninism, the agreement stated. 

同样，协议规定新党的指导原则将是马克思列宁主义。

It also said that UML's "People's Multiparty Democracy" and Maoist Centre's "Maoism" as well as "21st century Democracy" can be modified as per need.

协议还说联合马列的“人民多党民主”和毛主义中心的“21世纪民主”可以根据需要作出修改。

India was sabotaging this unity. Madam swaraj was in ktm few weeks ago, trying to hold this union of two lefty parties. She got warm welcome from madhesis... india was playing madhesi card to Nepal.... many of madhesi are poor bihari infiltrated to Nepal illegally...May be india put another blockade and cut off supplies to landlocked nepal.
