路人救出被卡防盗网的3岁男孩，英国网友：中国人救人还是头一次

This is the incredible moment neighbours rush to save a young boy who got his neck trapped by a window grille in southern China.

The three-year-old was reportedly playing on the balcony and stepped on the metal window grille before slipping into one of the gaps and then his body was dangling.

Two onlookers got up to the ledge and lifted the boy for about 20 minutes before his grandparents rushed back home and saved him.

according to Chenzhou News, the incident took place at a residential building in Zixing, Hunan Province on October 21.

Guo Zeyong, one of the rescuers, told the reporter: 'I wanted to bring a long ladder and get up to save the boy as soon as I can, but there is already another guy approaching the boy from the right. So I went up and helped out.'

Li Weizhong, was the first rescuer that climbed up the narrow ledge and lifted the boy up onto the window grille.

10月21日下午，资兴市州的一栋居民楼，一个3岁左右的小男孩脖子被卡在防盗窗上，脚底悬空，动弹不得，随时有跌落和窒息的危险。此时，正在附近散步的郭泽勇闻讯赶了过来，见到情况危急，他第一反应就是在附近寻找救援的梯子。

The video posted on Youku shows Li and Guo joining forces to lift the toddler to make sure the boy was able to breathe.

It's reported that the boy was playing with his five-year-old brother at home, while his grandparents went out.

The adults rushed back home 20 minutes later, and pulled the boy up.

The toddler was in shock but was not injured.

郭泽勇和另一名路过的市民李维中爬上了窗台，一起托举起小男孩，以免小男孩窒息。

据了解，小男孩的父母在外务工，由爷爷奶奶照顾，当天爷爷奶奶外出有事，把他和5岁的哥哥留在了家中，小男孩因为贪玩，不慎失足被卡。

If the parents are working in a factory then usually they are thousands of miles away in a another province while the kid lives with the grandparents (as surrogate parents).

Kids can get into trouble even when parents / adults are home. Last year a kid was in his grandparents home. Both adults were home. He got out and drawn in the lake behind the house.. Life has no guarantees.
