With 666 of every one lakh Americans behind bars, the USA has the highest imprisonment rate among major countries, with Russia and Brazil right up there too. India, in this aspect, rates quite low

每10万美国人中，就有666个在蹲大牢。

在各大国中，美国入狱人口比例是最高的，俄罗斯和巴西紧随其后。

值得一提的是，印度这方面排名很低。

Lol... it simply means that justice is delayed in most cases. Vijaya Mallya, Nirav Modi and many other frauds like them are abroad and enjoying with our tax money. That is why prisons are empty.
