I don't think so.

China is India's neighbour in the north, seperated by highest mountains in the world.

China is known for its civilization, culture, population, influence, Comm-m, Economy and military. It tremendously boosted it's trade, economy, military, infrastructure and influence in last 2 decades.

For India, it's cheap material manufacturer, foreign aggression, fellow Asian, C-ist freak and giant Dragon.

Few Indians who deal with Chinese or other international community may have some positive view on China as emerging powerful nation which values business and trade very well, has good infrastructure, and great manufacturer trying to boost global economy with OBOR.

But for normal Indians, it is just another fearful foreign aggression which dictates it's people, threatens neighbours for land and resources, destroys local economy by pumping cheap materials of low quality. They don't like China.

India have multilateral relations with China as well as multilateral views.

Indians remember Indo-China war and China's close relationship with Pakistan. It's annexation of Tibet. China's plunge on economy of Sri Lanka which destroyed its economy and thrown into enduring debt crisis.

India is aware of Chinese military, it's actions in South Asia and Indian Ocean. It's stance on Terrorism, International law, world peace.

China wants to acquire lands and seas of other countries. It doesn't respect international laws if they don't suit China.

China is putting lot of efforts on OBOR as it has a lot to gain. First sign bilateral agreements on development, trade, infrastructure. Pump money with huge loans into small economies in notion of development, infrastructure, tech parks, manufacturing hubs. Pump all manufacture and exports into new markets and grab it tightly. Demand payment for infrastructural development.

Why will India like China in any aspect?

I admire China. The economic progress done by them in the last 30 years is awe-inspiring.

A simple solution is to simply follow the Line of Actual Control and make it the official boundary. That also means compromises have to be made in some areas but those can be resolved.

The other issue from India’s perspective is China’s tacit support to terrorism in India’s northeast. Once the mutual distrust goes away, these are solvable issues.

About Chinese presence in Pakistan, that is just an example of Pakistan’s weakness. They have always been under the thumb of an external power, earlier it was USA and now it is China. The reality that it is a failed state doesn’t change despite change of Master.

Answer to your questions depends on various people and how they see a country.

My view is based on china's economic growth and development done lately.

I like china because china has dealt with its economy very well. It has been progressively working with the all sectors of economy.

Most of us are aware of china's active role in manufacturing sector and it's demand all over the world.

Leading brands and companies all across the world prefer china because of their active role in manufacturing and productivity.

Demand for manufacturing in china has generated employment opportunities.

Investment in china has grown its foreign reserve and helped in overall growth of its economy.

In short china being active manufacturing destination attracts investors which results in money inflow which helps its people earn livelihood.

Active experience has led to advancement in working sector has improved infrastructure in all the areas.

All the above achievements which has benefitted it's people makes me an Indian like this country.

I'm not sure that this is true. Maybe some do because they feel threatened by a bigger and more powerful neighbour. Our manufacturing industry must be feeling threatened by the cheap Chinese goods that flood our markets.

This feeling is very ironic because the Chinese don't deign to notice us and couldn't care a fig what we think about them!

we indians as individuals never hated individual chinese. just imagine with the exception of two instance the two civilization was never on war.

after 1962 indians lost trust on china at the same time in present day china enters indian territory which was shown in media. which makes indians to think china as bully. China's support to pakistan in 1971 & other conflict makes china a suspicious neighbour for india.

Finally one question What makes you fell to this conclusion?

They steal western ideas and pass them off as their own. They pee, spit, and smoke WHEREVER THEY WANT (once in an elevator a man peed while I stood inside, the smell was vile. A women allowed her son to take a crap at the top of a supermarket escalator what and many more disgusting things.

Charity doesn't exist, esp not for animals. 5. Make no mistake that the economy growth that China has seen is not due to its people, but it is because of the cheat labor.
6. Do not claim other people's lands as yours just because you want it. That is the logic of of an infant. Grow up.
7. Your people nor the government do not seem to understand copy rights, intellectual properties, and other global standards.
8. Considering all that has been stated above, don't you dare act as though you or your country is sophisticated. In fact, in most people's eyes you and your country is looked upon as cockroaches on the earth.
