BEIJING: China on Monday officially confirmed that it is building its third aircraft carrier which is stated to be "bigger and mightier" than the other two warships, a move by Beijing to bolster its blue-water navy capability to operate far from its shores.

11月26日，中国官方证实该国正在建造第三艘航母，预计会比之前的航母更大，这也是北京打造蓝水海军能力的举动。

A "new-generation carrier" is being constructed at the shipyard as per schedule, the state-run China Daily reported quoting Xinhua

新华社称，新型航母也已经在船台上有序建造。

This news should be of serious concern to India. Unfortunately, India has a low spending on defense as percentage of GDP, compared to some other big spenders. As an example, China has a defense budget of $250 billion, while India has a measly budget of $50-60 billion. China is encircling India slowly and steadily, and the land grab in Ladakh (Aksai Chin) and also attempts to grab land of Bhutan and India on the Eastern border should send alarm bells ringing in New Delhi. China has evil intentions in regards to India, and unless India improves its defense budget and spends substantial energy in building an indigenous defense industry, China will one day usurp land and make India pay through its nose. WAKE UP INDIA.

China can afford to build 10 Aircraft Carriers because of their huge pockets which have been achieved by decades of hard work. What I fail to understand is why Indian Navy keeps on asking for the expensive 3rd Aircraft Carrier INS Vishal when they very well know India is a poor country with corrupt politicians and and economy 1/5th of China''s. We should cut our coat according to our cloth and work on a defensive strategy rather than harboring ambitions to project power beyond our shores.
