It's one of the largest markets. All Corporates have a special love for China. Key decisions in the future will be taken with China in mind. In your career, this opportunity could turn out to the most valuable experience. When you move up the ladder, switch roles, the work experience in China could give you more mileage that not many of your peers might have.
Microsoft is Microsoft everywhere :-) . You would see consistent culture across the entire org. Hence the work experience should be seamless for you even if you decide to move to Redmond/BLR at a later time.

At this point in your life when you can afford to take risks, this should be a good bet. There are so many of them who make internal switches to China & Japan. Hence it's a tried and tested move. So if you get an opportunity to work at Microsoft China, close your eyes and go for it.
