BEIJING: China's People's Liberation Army is in the process of inducting unmanned drones capable of reconnaissance, signal jamming and digital warfare along its land borders and deep into the seas. The locally manufactured Xianglong (Soar Dragon) drones are capable of flying at 750 km an hour.

北京：解放军将入列一款可进行侦查，信号干扰和电子战的无人机，将部署在边境和海洋地带。国产的翔龙无人机时速可达750公里。

The official Chinese media said that the high-altitude, long-endurance fliers are China's answer to the United States' Northrop Grumman RQ-4 Global Hawk, which are regarded as the most well-known unpiloted surveillance drone in the world.

中国官方媒体报道称这款高空长程无人机相当于美国格鲁曼公司的全球鹰无人机，全球鹰被认为是世界上最着名的无人侦察机。

Once inducted, they may be deployed in the Himalayan region bordering India and the South China Sea and East China Sea areas where Beijing is engaged in territorial disputes with several countries including Philippines, Vietnam and Japan.

一旦入列，可能部署在印度边境的喜马拉雅地区，以及与菲律宾越南和日本存在争议的南海和东海。

China has been selling military drones to foreign countries, and might try to see this advanced flier to countries like Pakistan, courses said.

Most of us are only good in passing IIT-JEE, Civil Services, CAT, MBBS etc but when it comes to practical implementation in our country, we are way behind. There are multiple issues, companies do not invest in R&D because Government doesn''t support development at a scale such as US and other western nations. Most graduates who comes out of prestigious colleges tend to fly away as they can''t find platform to apply their knowledge. There is huge difference between workforce and skilled workforce. Hence in India we have shortage of skilled work force. Unless that changes, we are forced to buy everything from other nations. The whole educational structure needs to be changed.

According to the RBI, since Nov 8 till date, it was able to release Rs 3.81 trillion to the public, which worked out to 26 percent of the Rs 500/1000 currency in circulation as of 8-11-2016. Surely the economy cannot function with so little money in circulation; it would take several months before the normal stock of currency with the public was restored.
