中国外交部长说日本对美国的亚洲政策唯命是从 [俄罗斯媒体]

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met hisJapanese counterpart, Taro Kono, and said that Japan seems to be “forced tofulfill a mission that the US had given” to Tokyo, incriticizing China’s policies in the region.

中国外交部长王毅在会见日本外相河野太郎时说日本看起来是在被迫完成美国交代给东京的任务，即批评中国在该地区的政策。

The foreign ministers held their first talkson Monday in Manila, where both arrived for the Association of Southeast AsianNations (ASEAN) ministerial meeting.

部长们是在周一于马尼拉进行首次会谈的，他们都是来参加东盟部长级会议的。

It came shortly after China was criticizedby Japan for its alleged military build-up in disputed areas of the South ChinaSea.

就在不久前日本还对中国在南中国海争议海域所谓的军事强化作出批评。

Wang said, “we felt that youwere forced to fulfill a mission that the United States had given you,” seeminglyreferring to Japanese criticism of China, as cited by Japanese media outletMainichi.

王毅如此说道：“我们觉得你是被迫完成美国交代给你的任务”，似是在指日本批评中国一事，以上消息源自日媒。

The US, Australia, and Japan recently issueda joint statement urging China to cease land reclamation and militaryactivities in the South China Sea.

美国，澳大利亚与日本最近联合发表了一份声明，要求中国停止在南中国海上的岛屿建设和军事行动。

Beijing rejects the statement, Wang says, aswell as an international arbitration panel’s decision rulingagainst the majority of China’s claims in the disputed waters.

北京则驳斥了这份声明，此外一个国际仲裁组的裁定也对中国在争议海域的大部分主张不利。

“You can take a look at the joint statement issued… and you candraw your own conclusions,” Wang said, as quoted by South China Morning Post.

“你尽可看看这份联合声明...然后得出自己的结论，”王毅在接受南华早报采访时如此说道。

The statement expresses the three nations’ “strong opposition tocoercive unilateral actions that could alter the status quo and increasetensions.”

这份声明表现了三国“对于改变现状和增加紧张气氛的单方面行为的强烈反对。”

The Chinese foreign minister also urgedJapan “walk the talk” and adopt concrete policies and actions, instead of slamming China’s policiesafter expressing a desire for better relations between the two Asian powers, ascited by Xinhua.

中国外交部长还敦促日本“言行一致”，并落实到具体政策和行动上。而不要在表达加强两国关系的意愿后又抨击中国政策，援引自新华社。

China has recently come under fire from theUS as well, over the North Korea situation, with US envoy to the UN Nikki Haleyurging Beijing “to decide whether it is finally willing to take this vital step,” arguingthat “time for talk” on North Korea is over.

中国目前正因朝鲜问题而遭受美国的火力，美国驻联合国大使Nikki Haley要求北京决定是否要在最终选择上迈出这关键一步，并认为靠对话解决朝鲜问题已经失败了。

At the end of July, US President DonaldTrump tweeted that “they [China] do NOTHING for us with North Korea, just talk. We willno longer allow this to continue,” adding that it shouldn’t take much forBeijing to “solve this problem!”

在7月末，美国总统唐纳德川普在推特上说“他们（中国）在朝鲜问题上没给我们帮上任何忙，只是说说而已，我们无法容忍这种情况继续下去了”并补充说北京要“解决这个问题”并不费什么事。

In mid-July, Beijing slammed Trump’s comments.Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said: “Recently,certain people, talking about the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue, have beenexaggerating and giving prominence to the so-called ‘Chinaresponsibility theory.’”

在7月中旬，北京驳斥了川普的言论。中国外交部发言人耿爽表示：“最近某些人在谈及朝鲜半岛核问题时，夸大和凸显了所谓的中国责任论。”

“I think this either shows lack of a full, correct knowledge of theissue, or there are ulterior motives for it, trying to shift responsibility,” he said.

“我认为这样做要么是缺乏对该问题充分，正确的了解，要么是别有用心，试图推卸责任，”他如此说到。

Meanwhile, Russia stated that it viewed theUS “attempts… to shift the responsibility in what is happening [on the KoreanPeninsula] onto Russia and China, and to almost blame Moscow and Beijing for ‘conniving in’ North Korea’s nuclearmissile ambitions, as baseless.”

与此同时，俄罗斯表示美国试图将朝鲜半岛发生的事件责任推给中俄，并斥责主因在于莫斯科与北京纵容朝鲜开发核导弹意愿的说法皆为无稽之谈。
