印度空军一架直升机在中印边境地区失踪，印度网友伤心

An Indian Air Force helicopter with three people on board has gone missing near the country's border with China after taking off on a flood rescue mission, an official said Tuesday.

The Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) had taken off from Tezpur airbase in Assam around 4 p.m., the official told IANS. The helicopter was on a flood relief mission. It lost contact in Arunachal Pradesh state in India's remote northeast amid turbulent weather. Arunachal Pradesh as well as some other neighbouring states have been reeling under heavy monsoon rains that have triggered landslides and floods.

"The ALH (Advanced Light Helicopter) had taken off from Tezpur airbase in Assam state around 4 pm (10:30 GMT)," he said, declining to be named.

Also on Tuesday, a Border Security Force (BSF) chopper carrying Union Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju had to make an emergency landing in a playground in Itanagar due to bad weather. Rijiju tweeted about the missing IAF helicopter.

"Weather is turbulent in North-East. I'm safe but the whole state machinery is geared up to locate IAF ALH chopper missing almost at same time," Rijiju said in a tweet.

印度《经济时报》报道，一名印度国防官员向经济时报透露，4日下午4时左右，这架轻型直升机（ALP）是从印度东北部阿萨姆邦的提斯浦尔（Tezpur）空军基地起飞的。该架直升机正在一个洪水泛滥区执行援救任务。由于当时天气十分恶劣，这架直升机在印度东北偏远地区的“阿鲁纳恰尔邦”（中方称“藏南地区”）与地面失去联系。

日前，中印边境地区正遭受季风雨的侵袭，出现了山体滑坡和洪涝灾害。

当时，出于天气因素考虑，印度边境安全部队一架载着印度内政部长里吉朱（Kiren Rijiju）的直升机也采取了紧急降落措施。

里吉朱在推特发文称，“东北部的天气十分狂暴。我现在安全了，但是我们都在全力以赴寻找那架在同一时段失踪的直升机。”

It was different in 1962 when war broke out with China and India lost it because at that time USA wasn't to close to India. Now India has very good relationship with USA and i don't think China would try to have war with India

USA will never intervene unless there is world war 3. Lol learn history. Only countries that can fight here are the Pakistanis, Bhutanese, Chinese, and Indians. Just the bordering can wage a war.

quality of the pilots / technicians?,Brand new C transport plane crashed,Hal made Choppers sold or given to some country in S.America,either crashed or not opertaional,May be it is Chinese knocking them down around the borderWhy all this crashes in that area?,I am aware difficult to fly in that area. That's the Chinese view, Tib*t was independent as late as 1949 and issued passports to its citizens. China has a dynasty syndrome and should come out of it. 1967 and 1987 showed China the India preparedness and they are well aware of it.

It is FACT, not viewpoint.. Tib*t was only independent for a mere 20 yrs, and it wasn't even because they fought for it.. Qing dynasty fell, they were left on their own.. Even in Tib*t's documents and historical records showed Tib*t under the Qing empire for 400 yrs.. Do people like you keep denying the truth even when it's put forth in front of you?In case you didn't know.. China is way more powerful than India, the gap is wide.. 1962 China was a poor country, in fact, today, the gap is wider.. If India wants a fight, you are going to lose big time.. AGAIN!!
