NEW DELHI: China has also begun to interfere in the situation in Jammu & Kashmir, complicating the situation in the state that is battling terrorism fanned by outside forces, CM Mehbooba Mufti has said. "The outside forces are part of this and unfortunately now China has also begun to interfere (cheen ne bhi haath dalna shuru kiya hai)," Mehbooba said here on Saturday after a meeting with home minister Rajnath Singh.

The statement is being seen as a comment on Beijing's close ties with Islamabad and its repeated blocking of India's efforts at multilateral forums to get a global ban placed on Pakistan-based terrorists like Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Maulana Masood Azhar.

查谟克什米尔首席部长Mehbooba Mufti表示，中国开始干涉查谟克什米尔事务，导致该地区的反恐斗争复杂化。

“外部力量参与其中。不幸地是，中国也开始干涉。”他在于内政部长进行会晤时说。

就北京与伊斯兰堡亲密关系，以及中国多次阻挠印度在多边论坛上把Maulana Masood Azhar定义为恐怖分子，这一声明被视为是中国这些举动的置评。
